- Build rapport quickly and spark interest with homeowners
- Set high-quality appointments for solar consultations
- Work side-by-side with closers and leaders to improve daily
- Develop elite communication, persuasion, and leadership skills

- Uncapped Commission - Top performers earn $100K-$250K+ per year
