Position Overview

We are seeking a leader in our Florida market who has strong leadership skills, is great at relationship building and strategic thinking to be our Market Leader/Designated Broker.

The Market Leader/Designated Broker serves as the face of HomeSmart within their assigned market and is ultimately responsible for the market's growth, agent experience, culture, operational excellence, and brokerage compliance.

  • Increase agent productivity
  • Create an engaging culture
  • Ensure brokerage operates in compliance with all applicable laws and company policies

The ideal candidate is an inspirational leader who enjoys building relationships, coaching agents to grow their businesses, motivating teams, and creating an environment where agents choose to stay because of the value they receive—not simply because of the brokerage they work for.

Qualifications

If you are a designated broker in Florida with 7‑10+ years of experience, have a strong skill set including operational leadership, brokerage compliance/risk management, agent retention/success and a sincere desire to grow a brokerage in Florida this position is for you!
