Job description

Schedule: Part-Time, including evenings and weekends

Position Overview
We're looking for friendly, reliable team members to provide excellent customer service and help create a fun experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist with lane assignments.
  • Process bowling, shoe rental, food, and beverage purchases.
  • Answer phones and assist with reservations and customer questions.
  • Help with parties, events, and daily operations.
  • Help clean and organize as needed
  • Make food, drinks and help prep in kitchen and bar areas as required

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and dependable.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Cash-handling experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
