Home Run Inn Pizza is looking for a reliable and experienced Industrial Maintenance Parts Coordinator to join our Maintenance Team at our Frozen Pizza Factory in Woodridge, IL!
Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm
$25-$30/hr. based on work experience, skills, and abilities.
Job Summary:
The Maintenance Parts Coordinator is responsible for managing the procurement, inventory, and distribution of maintenance parts and supplies. This role requires strong purchasing and negotiation skills, along with technical knowledge to accurately identify parts and support maintenance operations. The coordinator ensures parts availability to minimize downtime and maintain efficient operations
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the purchasing of maintenance parts, tools, and supplies to support daily operations
  • Identify and source parts based on technical specifications, equipment manuals, and maintenance team requirements
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, including tracking, ordering, and organizing stock
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings
  • Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to forecast parts needs
  • Ensure timely delivery of parts to avoid equipment downtime
  • Maintain records of purchases, inventory usage, and supplier performance
  • Assist in evaluating new suppliers and alternative parts for cost and efficiency improvements
  • Support preventive maintenance programs by ensuring required parts are available

Requirements
  • Purchasing & procurement experience
  • 3+ years experience with technical parts identification
  • 3+ years of Inventory management
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components
