Home Run Inn Pizza in Darien is seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance & Receiving Associate to support daily operations. This role is responsible for unloading deliveries, organizing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant.


Schedule
  • Part-time: 25-30 hours per week 
  • 4-5 days per week 
  • Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 
  • Must be available for early mornings 
  • Heavier workload on Mondays and Thursdays (main delivery days)
Key Responsibilities

Receiving & Inventory:

  • Unload delivery trucks and organize incoming inventory 
  • Ensure products are properly stored and rotated 
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage areas 

Cleaning & Maintenance:

  • Maintain cleanliness of: 
    • Dining room, bathrooms, and game room (3x per week - typically Monday, Wednesday, Friday) 
    • Basement/storage areas (1x per week) 
  • Perform deep cleaning of equipment (2x per month), including: 
    • Coolers 
    • Ovens 
    • Fryers

Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move heavy items (40+ lbs) 
  • Ability to stand for extended periods. (up to 5 hours). 
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently 
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness 
  • Previous maintenance, cleaning, or receiving experience is a plus (preferred)
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
