Only candidates with an active Florida Funeral Directors License or the ability to reciprocate will be considered.

NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking a Funeral Home Manager to support operations at Palm Beach Funeral Home in West Palm Beach, Florida. This role is ideal for an experienced, licensed funeral director who wants to grow into operational leadership while continuing to work directly with families. Youll help guide services, support community relationships, and ensure every family receives exceptional care. Our collaborative culture empowers you to make a meaningful impact while building the next step in your funeral service career.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee funeral and memorial services, ensuring every detail reflects the familys wishes
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for families, providing compassionate guidance throughout the arrangement and service process
  • Support day-to-day funeral home operations, including scheduling, service planning, and quality assurance
  • Build and maintain community relationships through outreach to churches, hospitals, nursing homes, and local organizations
  • Assist with planning community events such as holiday observances and state memorial days
  • Help achieve annual volume and revenue goals through strong service delivery and operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Licensed Funeral Director in the state of Florida or eligible for reciprocity
  • 5+ years of experience as a licensed funeral director (89 years preferred)
  • Strong background in family arrangements, service coordination, and case management
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to helping others
  • Desire to grow into a broader operational leadership role
