Bath Center is experiencing strong, consistent growth and is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our in-home sales team in the Seattle market. This role is designed for a proven sales leader who understands how to drive revenue, develop talent, and deliver predictable results in a high-volume, lead-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of In-Home Sales Representatives to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Review and manage appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales Team to ensure quality and conversion potential
  • Assist sales representatives in the field with live calls, objection handling, and closing support
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and take corrective action when needed
  • Handle and close cancel-save appointments to protect revenue
  • Work with the rehash manager to re-engage missed opportunities and improve close rates
  • Lead structured sales meetings and training sessions focused on performance improvement
  • Set clear expectations, goals, and accountability standards aligned with company objectives
