Job description

Position Overview: Provide compassionate in-home support to clients across the Midwest region, assisting with personal care, mobility exercises, and medication reminders. Perform basic treatments such as dressing changes under RN guidance, and help with light household tasks, meal prep, and errands. Maintain clear communication with supervisory staff to ensure quality care.
Education & Certification
Completion of a formal certification training program or successful passing of a written skills test and competency evaluation is required. Holding a CNA or HCA certification and/or relevant experience is preferred. Current CPR certification must be maintained.
Experience & Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and car insurance meeting minimum standards.
  • Ability to work part-time, primarily during day shifts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
