Job Summary:
InterSources Inc is a Certified Diverse Supplier and an Award-Winning Global Software Consultancy. They are seeking a motivated Software Engineer to build and enhance data engines for the Home Depot Supply Chain, focusing on SQL and Java development.
Responsibilities:
• build and enhance the future generation data engines that power the Home Depot Supply Chain
• write queries from scratch in SQL
• create tables, extract data, add new features to tooling in Java
Qualifications:
Required:
• SQL- Must have (must be able to write queries from scratch; this is the #1 requirement and the most important skill – must be familiar with SQL Aggregate Functions and Rank methods)
• Java- Must have- create tables, extract data, add new features to tooling etc.
• Strong communication skills; ability to learn quickly; Culture is one of the most important requirements (energetic, self-motivated, passionate)
Preferred:
• Google Cloud Platform - experience preferred
• Full Stack Developer ideal
• Python / Airflow - heavily preferred
• Node.js - preferred
• Computer Science Degree preferred (or equivalent 3-5 years of experience)
