We Are Seeking A Passionate New Home Consultant To Join Our Team!

We are rapidly growing and expanding and need to add an experienced professional to our team. With leads that are ready to be contacted, energetic closers can easily exceed $100,000 on an annual basis.

New Home Consultants coordinate all sales activities for new home buyers, from the time of first contact, price quotes, signing the contract, pre-construction meeting and loan closing.

Qualifications

• Custom / On Your Lot sales or construction experience.
• New Home product / remodeling sales & construction experience
• Modular / Manufactured Home sales experience
• Qualifications include a 2 year proven track record of successful job performance.
• Candidate will need to express good team skills
• Looking for individuals who want to excel in their job and excel within the company
