Desired Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist certification/license in California
- SLP-CCC required
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively onsite across different sites and caseloads
- Passion for supporting students with Intensive, Mild-Moderate, and Special Day Class needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students within varied caseloads:
- 1.0 FTE at one site: 2 Special Day Classes [High & Post-Secondary], Intensive + Mild Mod
- 1.0 FTE across two sites: 0.6 FTE Middle SDC Intensive + Mild Mod, 0.4 FTE Elem SDC
- 1.0 FTE at one site: Mild Mod Program [TK-5]
- Coordinate and implement IEPs
- Engage with families and educational teams for holistic student support
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress tracking
