Salary: $65,000 - $91,000

With clinics in Charleston, Ladson, Mount Pleasant, Greenville, and Anderson, TCT has built a reputation for excellence in pediatric therapy. Our team delivers compassionate, evidence-based care in a supportive, growth-focused environment. We are currently hiring for:

  • Full-Time Anderson Community & Early Intervention SLP
  • Full-Time Anderson Clinic SLP (CCC or CF)
  • Full-Time Lead SLP supporting our team both in the Clinic and Community
  • Independent Contractor SLP serving preschools and daycares


Speech-Language Pathologist Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate hearing and speech/language test results and medical background information to diagnose and create individualized treatment plans for speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders.
  • Identify patients who could benefit from AAC and trial various devices and support family to obtain medically necessary equipment. Successfully complete AAC evaluation reports, with clinical support.
  • Accept, evaluate, and treat feeding patients
  • Record therapy notes (SOAP), patient observations, evaluation reports, care plans (POCs), and discharge of clients
  • Design, develop, and employ alternative diagnostic or communication devices and strategies.
  • Instruct clients in techniques for more effective carryover of strategies and techniques.
  • Develop individualized speech therapy exercise programs and home programs for families to implement, to facilitate generalization across settings.
  • Ensure regular communication with parents or caregivers and educate/instruct patients and family members in strategies to facilitate progress.


Speech-Language Pathologist Job Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited university with a master's degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology (SLP), Communication Sciences and Disorders (CSD), Communication Disorders (MCD) or equivalent program OR a current State of South Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant license (SC LLR).
  • Must be licensed (or pursuing CF licensure) in the state of South Carolina with the SCLLR as an SLP and maintain the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association
  • AAC & Feeding experience are a plus!
  • Knowledge and understanding of childrens developmental stages from ages 0-18 to properly analyze the growth, movement (motor), cognitive, and maturation process/transition between skill levels.
  • Previous pediatric experience is required through employment or clinical rotation.


Speech-Language Pathologist Compensation & Pay Structure:

  • Base Salary includes therapy sessions and administrative time (documentation, caregiver communication, etc.) for full-time W2 positions.
  • Bonus Commission for increased productivity
