Job description

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or CFY | FT or PRN|
We have an immediate need for a licensed Speech-language Pathologist (SLP) or SLP-CFY who is seeking a full-time or PRN position with an established home health agency. The successful candidate will provide speech-language pathology services to pediatric patients. Treatments will be delivered both in the patient's home (60% of plan of care) and via teletherapy (40%). Supervision of SLPAs is optional. Independent Contractor's (1099) positions available.
Job Description
As a Speech-language Pathologist (SLP), you will be responsible for the evaluation, development, and implementation of effective patient treatment plans to restore, compensate or adapt for loss of patient function and planning and administering medically prescribed therapy treatmentsin accordance with federal, state, and professional standards governing the facility and their discipline.
Job Requirements

  • Graduate of AHSA accredited school
  • State therapy license or eligible in Texas
  • Will accept SLP CFYs
  • CPR certification
  • Supervise SLPAspreferred, but not required
