Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid or eligibility for Maryland SLP licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience in middle or high school settings is a plus
• Ability to support students with moderate disabilities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy to a caseload of 25-30 middle and high school students
• Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and collaborate with educators and parents
• Implement evidence-based strategies suited to secondary-age students with moderate disabilities
• Maintain clear records and monitor student progress
• Participate in team meetings, offering insights into student needs and progress
