Now Hiring: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Full-Time or Part-Time | Southern Maryland (Great Mills & Lexington Park)

Jade ABA is currently seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for home-based ABA cases in the Great Mills and Lexington Park area.

This opportunity is ideal for RBTs looking for consistent hours within a tight geographic cluster, including multiple clients in the same location (Barkentine Ct, Great Mills). This setup allows for minimal travel and a more efficient, structured schedule, with additional nearby cases available in Lexington Park (Yorktown Rd).

Role Overview

As an RBT, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their homes. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care while collaborating closely with families and your clinical team.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Provide 1:1 behavioral intervention in home settings

  • Implement ABA treatment plans developed by a BCBA

  • Collect and record session data and client progress

  • Communicate regularly with families and caregivers

  • Collaborate with your clinical team and participate in ongoing supervision

What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • Active RBT certification (strongly preferred; relevant ABA experience considered)

  • Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavioral intervention

  • Experience working with children, preferably with ASD

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

  • Ability to work independently in home-based settings

  • Reliable transportation (minimal travel within same area)

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred

Compensation & Schedule
  • $25.00 โ€“ $32.00 per hour (based on experience)

  • 20โ€“40 hours per week

  • Full-time and part-time options available

  • Mondayโ€“Friday schedule (weekend opportunities as needed)
