Job Summary:

Alight Behavioral Therapy, a leading provider of in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician RBT to join our team in Salisbury, NC, USA. As a dedicated and patient-focused professional, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to children on the autism spectrum, empowering them to reach their full potential.   • Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in a home-based setting
