Job description

Behavior Technician / RBT (Afternoons, Evenings & Weekends) – PART TIME – SIGN-ON BONUS!

Location: In-home sessions (home-based services)
Status: Part-time with potential to grow into full-time
Schedule: Afternoons, evenings, and weekends required
Mileage Reimbursement: Included
Training: All training provided – no experience necessary!

Therapy Research Autism Center and start a rewarding career as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Position Highlights:
  • Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
  • Help clients build communication, daily living, and social skills.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (transcripts required).
  • Reliable transportation (for travel to client homes – mileage reimbursed).
  • Evening and weekend availability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must complete onboarding and credentialing documentation, including:
    • Resume
    • Negative TB test
    • State credentialing documents
