Advanced Practice Clinical Support RBT or BCaBASoutheast Michigan
My Time 2 Launch (MT2L) is a neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy organization serving autistic individuals and families across Florida, Georgia, and Michigan. We are a BACB-recognized ACE Provider built on our proprietary Empowerment Model—a framework that moves beyond traditional ABA to center autistic agency, collaborate with individuals and families, and develop functional, real-world skills. Our approach is grounded in the principle that autism is a different way of being, not something to be cured, and we practice with unwavering commitment to ethical, affirming care.
Founded by Rhonda J. Greenhaw, MA, BCBA, LBA, IBA (President & Chief Clinical Officer), an autism mom and internationally recognized clinician, MT2L reflects over 30 years of behavioral health expertise, rigorous ethics training, and a track record of four organizations that have pioneered systemic change in how we treat neurodivergent populations. We are recruiting professionals who share our vision: BCBAs, RBTs, and clinicians ready to practice ABA differently and make a real impact in the lives of autistic individuals.
The Opportunity
Are you a rigorous, detail-oriented clinician ready to elevate client outcomes through precision assessment and data-driven decision-making? We're seeking an exceptional RBT or BCaBA to serve as a critical bridge between our expanding clinical team and the families and professionals we serve.
This is not a traditional direct care role—it's a specialized position designed for someone who thrives on clinical complexity, values accuracy above all else, and takes pride in being an indispensable resource to our clinical leadership. You'll work at the intersection of science and service, translating clinical vision into actionable data and ensuring every client receives the assessment foundation they deserve.
What You'll Do
Assessment & Diagnosis Support
  • Administer and score the assessments such as the VB MAPP with precision, ensuring assessment integrity and clinical utility under the direction and guidance of our clinical staff
  • Conduct components of comprehensive behavioral assessments and baseline skill evaluations that inform individualized treatment planning as directed
  • Collect and organize behavioral and skill acquisition data with meticulous attention to accuracy
  • Generate clear, clinically meaningful reports that support our clinicians' decision-making
Family Partnership & Collaboration
  • Conduct sensitive, insightful parent interviews that gather critical developmental, behavioral, and family context information
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for families navigating diagnosis, treatment planning, and behavior management strategies
  • Build rapport and trust with families while maintaining appropriate clinical boundaries
  • Communicate complex clinical findings in accessible, compassionate language
  • Provide "Leap Frog" starts to new clinical intakes by delivering direct service and train onboarding staff once they are procured
Team Development & Leadership
  • Provide training, mentoring, and clinical support to direct care staff and treatment teams
  • Guide junior team members and paraprofessionals in proper data collection, behavior documentation, and fidelity to treatment protocols
  • Support the clinical team with implementation oversight and troubleshooting
  • Respond to staff inquiries with clinical expertise and clear, actionable guidance as directed by clinical leadership
  • Conduct interviews with RBT/BT candidates as needed/directed
  • Interface with company recruiter regarding candidate searches
Remote Collaboration

  • Partner seamlessly with remote clinical staff, serving as the on-site expert and hands-on extension of the clinical team
  • Maintain excellent communication and documentation in virtual clinical environments
  • Ensure quality and consistency across a distributed service delivery model
  • Represent the clinical vision and high standards of our practice in all client and staff interactions

Who We're Looking For
Clinical Excellence
  • RBT certification or BCaBA credential (or equivalent advanced certification in behavior analysis)
  • Demonstrated mastery of evidence-based behavioral assessment and data collection methodologies
  • Deep knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and their clinical application
  • Familiarity with the VB MAPP or rapid ability to master standardized assessments
  • Track record of producing high-quality, actionable clinical work
Precision & Accountability
  • Uncompromising commitment to accuracy in assessment, data collection, and reporting
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining clinical standards and fidelity
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational systems
  • Comfort with data management, documentation, and clinical record-keeping
  • Reliability in meeting deadlines while prioritizing quality over speed
Interpersonal Mastery
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to explain clinical concepts to families, staff, and colleagues at varying levels of expertise
  • Genuine compassion for the families and individuals we serve, paired with professional boundaries
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to function as part of a distributed clinical team
  • Patience, humility, and willingness to mentor and support other professionals
  • Cultural competence and commitment to serving diverse families
Practical Excellence
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid role that blends assessment, training, and administrative support
  • Comfort with remote collaboration tools and virtual communication
  • Strong self-direction and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Problem-solving orientation and flexibility within a structured clinical framework
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development
  • Excellent fit for a student analyst
