A Virtual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides remote support for individuals receiving applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy. Virtual RBTs typically work via video conferencing platforms, guiding clients or caregivers through interventions in real-time. As a Virtual RBT, you typically work from home or a quiet remote location, providing behavioral therapy to clients via secure telehealth platforms. Your daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one therapy sessions, implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting and recording data, and communicating progress to supervising BCBA professionals.
