A Home Based Raytheon Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions for Raytheon's defense, aerospace, and security products while working remotely. They collaborate with engineering teams, follow strict security protocols, and use a variety of programming languages and tools to meet project requirements. Typical tasks include writing code, debugging issues, participating in code reviews, and ensuring software meets quality and compliance standards. Working from home, they leverage secure remote access technologies to contribute effectively to critical projects.
