Boca Raton Law Firm needs experienced full service Real Estate Paralegal with Landtech
experience preferred


Weintraub & Weintraub P.A. is a long-standing, family run law firm based in Boca Raton,
Florida. We are seeking a highly experienced real estate paralegal to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the
ability to process a file from contract to closing (including post-closing).


Responsibilities:

  • The Real Estate Paralegal will be responsible for all title requests. Open new title requests and real estate files, create file, order title, review and clear title commitments or contact title underwriter/title examine with questions. You will perform all title processor duties in this position
  • Prepare Closing Disclosure Statements/HUDs, title affidavits and all required documents necessary for closing.
  • Communicate professionally with realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers and clients to make sure all closings are conducted successfully.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate contracts, lender instructions, title requirements, company requirements, and other written instructions.
  • The Real Estate Paralegal will coordinate closings and prepare preliminary closings disclosures as well as the final CD. Post Closer duties will also apply in this role. You should be knowledgeable in disbursements, recordings and returning lender packages.
  • You will act as the closing coordinator and work with all parties involved or assign a mobile signing agent/mobile closer.

​Qualifications:

  • Landtech software experience preferred
  • 3+ Years of title closing experience in independently handling every aspect of closing transaction from contract to policy
  • Must be a Florida Notary or be qualified to become one
  • Title Industry Experience Required.
  • Experience with FIRPTA and FinCen filings required
