JKL Bahweting Anishnabe School is accepting applications for Music/Orchestra Teacher for the upcoming 2026-2027 SY. Salary Range: $44,00 to $81,890 (BA) and $48,000 to $88,534 (MA). Wage will be based on relative teaching experience.
JKL is a K-8 Michigan public charter school dedicated to outstanding educational experiences, serving approximately 600 students. JKL offers a comprehensive benefits package, including an 80% employer paid health premium, BC/BS medical, dental, vision, state retirement/pension, tuition reimbursement, PTO, sick time, life insurance, longterm and short term disability, EAP services, and other optional insurances . Candidates must possess a valid Michigan teaching certificate, minimum of two years K-8 instructional experience in music education, including vocal and instrumental preferred.
