As a Physical Therapist in our organization, you will work directly in patients' homes throughout Orlando, providing a tailored therapy experience designed to meet each individual's needs. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic conditions within their home settings.
• Establish and implement individualized treatment plans that integrate various therapeutic methods such as exercise, hands-on manual therapy, and specialized equipment to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Document all patient treatments, responses, and progress meticulously, ensuring that records are up-to-date and reflect patient journeys accurately.
• Reassess therapeutic goals regularly and modify treatment plans accordingly to optimize patient outcomes.
• Assist patients with the recommendation and fitting of assistive devices for enhanced mobility and self-care.
• Deliver training sessions to patients, their caregivers, and family members on the use of assistive devices and the execution of physical therapy techniques.
• Stay abreast of industry standards and advances by attending workshops, reading professional literature, and engaging in professional networks for ongoing education.

Our client base includes children and adults of varying ages and diagnoses, from post-operative rehabilitation to managing chronic illnesses. As a Physical Therapist with Elite Home Solution, you will directly impact patients' recovery paths, helping them regain independence and improve their everyday functional capabilities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is mandatory.
• State license in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current CPR certification is necessary to ensure patient safety.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective patient interaction.
• Basic computer and word processing skills are needed for documentation and communication.
• A highly adaptable and flexible approach is beneficial in meeting the diverse needs of patients.

• While prior work experience is not a strict requirement, candidates with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program are encouraged to apply.
• A minimum of two years of experience working as a Physical Therapist is preferred.
