Job description

About the Role:
Join Ideal Plastic Surgery as a Full-time Freelance Photographer and Videographer (1099 contractor), where you'll capture the essence of our staff and clients in a dynamic and creative environment. This role is perfect for someone passionate about visual storytelling and eager to contribute to our mission of enhancing confidence through aesthetic procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the medical team to understand client needs and desired outcomes.
  • Edit and produce engaging video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain an organized archive of all visual content for easy access and reference.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and techniques in photography and videography.
  • Ensure all content adheres to privacy regulations and company standards.
  • Assist in creating promotional materials that highlight our services and client success stories.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss upcoming projects and creative ideas.
Requirements:
  • On site Tuesday-Saturday 
  • Own professional equipment required
  • Based in Sacramento or nearby
  • Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, preferably in a medical or beauty setting.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your work in portrait and promotional photography.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Knowledge of lighting techniques and equipment for studio and on-location shoots.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and composition.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments and events.
