Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary through regular re-evaluations.
• Train patients, caregivers, and family members on effective therapeutic practices and the use of assistive devices to promote independence and safety.
• Maintain open communication with interdisciplinary team members to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse patient population, including pediatric and adult clients with a range of diagnoses, from orthopedic injuries to neurological conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• State licensure in Physical Therapy; Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
