Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and medical conditions, assessing their physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that may include exercises, hands-on therapies, and the use of specialized equipment.
• Regularly track and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective recovery and mobility improvement.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about therapeutic exercises, assistive devices, and the overall treatment process to enhance their understanding of recovery methods.
• Continuously engage in professional development through workshops and training to enhance clinical knowledge and improve treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist role at Elite Home Solution Physical Therapy is centered around providing care to a wide range of patients—from children with developmental issues to adults recovering from surgeries or chronic conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid State License to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records and therapy practice management software for documentation and treatment tracking.

Preferred Experience

• At least two (2) years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, ideally in a rehabilitation or home care setting.
• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred, along with a current CPR Certificate.
• Previous experience working with assistive devices and rehabilitation technologies is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this Physical Therapist role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and education. Additionally, we offer a generous benefits package that includes:
