Bookkeeper – QuickBooks & Logistics Billing Experience Preferred
Location: Kent, Wa
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $26+/hour (Depending on Experience)

A growing logistics company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their team. This position is ideal for a self-starter who can step in quickly, work independently, and take ownership of day-to-day accounting responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong QuickBooks experience, excellent attention to detail, and previous experience handling billing within the logistics or transportation industry. This role requires someone who is comfortable managing spreadsheets, payroll, invoicing, and general bookkeeping functions while keeping accurate and organized financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily bookkeeping responsibilities using QuickBooks
  • Process customer invoices, billing, and account updates
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
  • Maintain accurate spreadsheets and financial documentation
  • Assist with payroll processing and related records
  • Reconcile accounts and help maintain accurate financial reporting
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Support general administrative and accounting tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous bookkeeping experience required
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks
