Job Description:

As the Product Strategy and Logistics Manager, you will assist in the end-to-end sourcing, procurement, warehousing, and delivery of operating system equipment across all Storyliving by Disney communities and amenities. This role aids in seamless coordination from vendor selection through final deployment, enabling operational readiness and consistency at scale. You will lead the development, execution, and continuous optimization of pricing strategies, revenue optimization, and product management spanning food & beverage, club memberships and dues, gated attractions, ticketed experiences, and private events.

This role blends analytical rigor, operational execution, and technical product management, ensuring pricing and ticketing strategies are efficiently implemented across systems, accurately reflected in Guest-facing platforms, and aligned with broader business objectives. Within this role, you will be equally comfortable analyzing data, defining strategy, managing systems, and troubleshooting technical challenges, while partnering cross-functionally to deliver a seamless and high-quality Guest and Member experience.

In this fully on-site role based in Celebration, Florida, you will report to the Senior Manager-Emerging Business Operations Integration.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align strategies with sales, operations, and marketing objectives.
  • Create, configure, and manage ticketed products across multiple systems (including gated attractions, events, and experiences)
  • Own product lifecycle management, including setup, updates, audits, and ongoing optimization.
  • Manage content updates and product displays across digital platforms (websites, ticketing systems, and eCommerce environments)
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to ticketing systems, product configurations, and Guest-facing interfaces.
  • Analyze demand patterns, market trends, and competitive benchmarks to inform pricing and product strategies.
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies across food & beverage, club dues, ticketed offerings, and private events to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Evaluate financial impacts of pricing decisions and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities and proactively surface risks, trends, and performance insights.
  • Lead pricing governance and consistency across all Storyliving by Disney communities.
  • Lead the end-to-end sourcing, procurement, warehousing, and delivery strategy for operating system equipment across all Storyliving by Disney communities and amenities, ensuring alignment to opening timelines and operational requirements.
  • Establish and manage vendor strategy, inventory planning, logistics workflows, and distribution models to ensure efficient, scalable, and cost-effective deployment of equipment across new developments and ongoing operations.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum one year of previous work experience in a Pricing or pricing adjacent environment
  • 5+ years of relevant business analytics experience
  • Advanced knowledge and skills in Excel
  • Experience with content management systems (WordPress or others) and HTML to create/update copy, images and web content as well as troubleshoot issues
  • Experience working in eCommerce sites or Marketing sites to load product, manage features and calendars.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey data and analysis to partners at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional analytical synthesis skills; the ability to look past the 'how' of a calculation to explain the 'why' of the result, with an ability to consolidate multiple sources of information/analyses into a cohesive story/recommendation.
  • Able to partner with multiple stakeholders to manage their expectations, gain their acceptance and trust and achieve high client satisfaction ratings.
  • Proven ability to build high-impact presentations that simplify complex concepts for an executive audience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working experience within a Ticketing, Passes, or similar product team
  • Previous or current experience working for The Walt Disney Company
Required Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or another quantitative field or equivalent work experience
Preferred Education:
  • Master's degree or equivalent

The hiring range for this position is $110,000.00-$147,500.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
