    Position Purpose:

    The primary purpose of a Clinical Nurse Manager is to provide direct nursing care to the individuals receiving services & to monitor the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants. The position may also require working on the floor, passing medications, and/or providing care to residents. The performance of these duties must be in accordance with the current federal, state & local standards. guidelines & regulations that govern our care center & as maybe required & communicated by the Director of Nursing and/or Administrator to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

    Education and Experience:

    *Must possess a current & active license in Minnesota as a Registered Nurse (RN).

    *Maintain current certification in CPR.
