Job Summary:
At Yellow Bus ABA, our dedication lies in crafting an enriching environment where children can flourish and embrace their fullest potential. We are seeking a skilled and passionate BCBA Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Lynbrook, New York. As a BCBA at Yellow Bus ABA, you will have the opportunity to work in a fun and goal-oriented setting, providing direct and indirect supervision of Behavior Technicians, conducting assessments, designing curriculum, and reporting progress to clients and families.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct and indirect supervision of Behavior Technicians
• Offer direct and indirect parent training at clients' homes
• Conduct assessments regarding clients' overall performance
• Design curriculum, interventions, and behavioral plans for individual clients based on assessment results and data analysis using the Catalyst application
• Report summaries of clients' progress, supervision, parent training, and treatment planning regularly
Requirements:
• Hold a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
• BCBA certification
• NYS LBA
• Be adaptable and skilled at building rapport with children/individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Be committed to working full-time
• Be able to work collaboratively with a team of professionals and parents to support children in achieving their goals and development
