Territory Sales - Waterproofing, Building Envelope SolutionsÂ
Location:Â Position will be remotely based (home and travel)Â in or around the Phoenix, AZ areaÂ

What you get to do:Â
- Build and grow the Polyglass Building Envelope product line throughout the Phoenix, AZ territory, including below-grade waterproofing and air/vapor barrier systems.
- Develop relationships with architects, engineers, building owners, consultants, contractors, applicators, distributors, and other decision-makers to generate specifications and secure project opportunities.
- Increase market share by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the company's presence within the commercial building envelope market.
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and proper application of Polyglass pre-applied and post-applied waterproofing systems through presentations, product demonstrations, and jobsite support.
- Manage the assigned territory by planning customer visits, tracking project opportunities, and focusing efforts on the highest-value accounts and projects.
- Position Polyglass products against competitors by communicating product performance, technical advantages, service, quality, and overall value.
- Work closely with Sales, Roofing, Marketing, Product Management, Technical Services, Warranty, Operations, and other internal teams to support customers and drive project success.

Required Qualifications
- Valid Drivers License

- General Construction Sales experience
