- Job duties will be to produce Electrical Load Calculation, Single Line Diagram, and Panel Schedules
- Additional duties will be to produce Power and Lighting Plans, Site Lighting / Site Power Plans, Site Photometric Studies, and Lighting Fixture Designs
- Electrical Engineering and design of single- and multi-family, low- and high-rise residential Electrical plans
- Generate detailed Electrical Design drawings in AutoCAD for construction documentation of Electrical Plans for bidding and construction
- Prepare Construction Documents in AutoCAD
- Utilize Excel tables and formulas to assist in Electrical Load Calculation
- Work with design staff and drafters to complete project

- Preferred 3+ years' experience in Electrical Design for residential building systems, code compliance, and construction.
- Electrical Design experience with producing Electrical Load Calculation, Single Line Diagram, and Panel Schedules
- Electrical Design experience with mid-rise multifamily buildings, mixed use buildings, residential and enclosed parking garages
Work Schedule:
