Associate Chiropractor (DC) – Base Salary + Monthly BonusesEstablished Practice | Collaborative Doctor Team | Mentorship & Growth

We are a growing, established chiropractic group with two locations and a team of 10 doctors, and we're looking for a full-time Doctor of Chiropractic to join our team.
Whether you're a new graduate looking for mentorship or an experienced chiropractor ready for your next opportunity, we provide the patient flow, team support, training, and systems that allow you to focus on what you do best — taking great care of patients.
Why Join Our Team?
You'll have the independence to practice chiropractic while also having the support and resources of a large, established practice.
We offer:
  • Competitive guaranteed base salary
  • Monthly performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Established patient flow
  • Two weeks paid time off
  • Six paid holidays
  • 401(k) with up to 4% employer match
  • Paid malpractice insurance
  • Continuing education
  • Complimentary monthly massage
  • Complimentary chiropractic care
  • Ongoing doctor training and mentorship
  • Clinical autonomy
  • Experienced administrative and billing support
  • Opportunities for professional and financial growth
A Team You Can Learn and Grow With
One of the biggest advantages of our practice is that you won't be practicing alone.
Our team includes 10 doctors across two locations, creating an environment where doctors can collaborate, discuss cases, learn from one another, and continue developing throughout their careers.
Our practices also offer a variety of services and treatment options, including chiropractic care, spinal decompression, laser therapy, electrical stimulation, acupuncture, massage therapy, rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise, and functional medicine.
New Graduates Welcome
Starting your career can be overwhelming. We provide mentorship, training, established systems, and a supportive team to help you build confidence as a doctor and grow your patient practice.
You don't need to bring an existing patient base.
Experienced Chiropractors Welcome
If you're already practicing but looking for a better environment, stronger support, or greater opportunity for growth, we'd love to talk.
Our doctors are able to focus on patient care while our team handles much of the administrative side of running a successful practice, including staffing, scheduling, billing, marketing, and office operations.
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree
  • Active chiropractic license or ability to obtain one prior to starting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient-focused approach to care
  • Desire to learn and grow
  • Ability to work well within a collaborative team
Find Your Long-Term Home
We're not simply looking to fill a position. We're looking for a doctor who wants to become part of our team and build a rewarding long-term career.
Our current doctors have been with our practices anywhere from one to ten years, and we're proud of the collaborative, supportive environment we've built.
If you're passionate about chiropractic, enjoy helping people, and want the support of an established team behind you, we'd love to meet you.
