Refined Body Therapy Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Bonita Springs, Florida. This full-time position focuses on delivering personalized and compassionate care to our patients in a home setting. As a crucial part of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for implementing customized treatment plans that aim to improve mobility, ease pain, and enhance the quality of life for our clients.

Work Environment

This position primarily involves working in the homes of our clients, which allows you to develop meaningful relationships and provide care tailored to their unique living situations. Your office will be wherever our patients reside, whether it be single-family homes, assisted living facilities, or rehabilitation centers. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate each client’s physical condition, capabilities, and goals, employing diagnostic tests to inform treatment plans.
  • Develop, implement, and modify individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on the evaluation outcomes and physician recommendations, ensuring alignment with the client's goals.
  • Oversee and supervise the work of physical therapy assistants, ensuring compliance with established treatment protocols and patients' progress toward achieving rehabilitation goals.
  • Administer hands-on therapy, including manual exercises, massage, traction, and equip clients with therapeutic exercises designed to improve strength, mobility, and overall functional abilities.
  • Evaluate and customize the home environment to optimize rehabilitation efforts, making necessary recommendations to enhance client independence and safety.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including evaluations, care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Engage actively with interdisciplinary team members during case conferences to ensure comprehensive treatment plans are in place and provide insights into patient progress.
  • Regularly communicate with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to provide education regarding therapy techniques, equipment usage, and overall wellness strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations in the delivery of services and documentation.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skill sets and therapeutic approaches.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population is diverse, ranging from elderly individuals requiring rehabilitative care after surgery to younger clients recovering from sports injuries or chronic pain conditions. As a Physical Therapist, you will cater to each client's specific needs, adapting therapy approaches to fit varying age groups, health conditions, and rehabilitation goals while fostering an empathetic and motivating care environment.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current PT licensure in good standing in the state of Florida.
  • One year of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, particularly in acute care, home care, or outpatient environments.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong background in clinical assessment and treatment plan development.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a passion for engaging with patients and their families.
  • A commitment to patient-centered care and quality excellence.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in home health care settings is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and communication.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
