Your role:
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in the music industry and a curiosity to learn about our
business and act as an A&R intern to assist the A&R team in their operational and creative activities
Here you'll get to:
Assist the A&R team with day to day work learning the mechanics of a major record label and its creative
sides
Support handling documentation
Setting-up & organizing in studio sessions
Complie data entry and organize documents, reports
- Assist with administrative tasks for releases
About you:
Great communication skills and proficiency in both Italian and English languages
HUGE passion for music and cultural trends
You have the ability to prioritize and execute in a time crunch and/or with partial info/details.
You have people skills, the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, and are highly motivated,
task-oriented, organized, and a proactive self-starter.
You have strong computer skills - typing, proficiency in Microsoft Office
High attention to detail
