PAINTER
Hollander Hospitality is seeking a Painter to join our team. The Painter performs interior and exterior brush, roller, and/or spray painting to maintain facilities in state of good repair throughout our seven hotel locations including Everett, WA, SeaTac, WA, Puyallup, WA, Tacoma, WA and Portland, Or.

STATUS:
  • Full-time
SCHEDULE:
  • Monday-Friday with some weekends/holidays as needed
RATE OF PAY:
  • $25.36 to $26.41 per hour/DOE

QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of:
  • Various types of equipment used in the building trades.
  • Painting industry standards.
Skills and Ability to:
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete daily activities according to work schedule.
  • Understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions.
  • Meet attendance requirements with dependability and consistency.
Education and Experience:
  • Minimum of three yearsโ€™ experience in similar position, completion of formal apprenticeship program or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • License:
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid state driver's license.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Heavy work: Exerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force constantly to move objects.
Must be able to stand, bend, climb, balance, lift, carry, crouch and kneel as required by job.
