• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges, forming a comprehensive view of their circumstances.
• Design, implement, and monitor personalized service plans that outline specific goals and interventions aimed at improving clients' lives.
• Provide individual and family counseling to address various life challenges, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
