As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard. At BAYADA Home Health Care, you have the flexibility to choose where you want to work, who you want to work with, and the hours you want to work! At this current time, we have multiple openings for HHA's to work 1 on 1 with our senior/elderly clients.

  • Mays Landing

Qualifications for HHA – Home Health Aide:

  • Have at least one year of work experience
  • Must be listed on the NJ Board of Nursing registry, active and in good standing.
  • Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
  • Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
  • Meet all state requirements

Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aides:

  • Activities of daily living
  • Bathing
  • Grooming
  • Toileting
  • Nail care
  • Range of motion / exercises
  • Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
  • Oral feeding
  • Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
  • Assisting with ambulation
  • Medication assistance
