Home Health Aide – $16.50/hr

Location: West Columbus (Client lives with family)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM | 15 hours per week

Elevate Home Health Care LLC is seeking a dependable and compassionate Home Health Aide to provide personal care services under the Ohio Waiver Program.

Client Overview:

The client resides in West Columbus with family and requires assistance with personal care and light household support.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with showers and personal hygiene

  • Support with dressing and grooming

  • Laundry assistance

  • Light housekeeping (kitchen upkeep, sweeping, small cleaning tasks)

  • Running errands as needed

  • Follow the client’s authorized service plan under the Waiver Program

  • Accurately document services provided

  • Clock in and out using EVV (Electronic Visit Verification)

  • Submit required timesheets

  • Maintain professionalism and client confidentiality

Waiver Program Expectations:

  • Provide services strictly within authorized hours

  • Complete EVV clock-in/out for every shift

  • Maintain proper documentation compliance

  • Communicate schedule changes or concerns promptly

  • Adhere to Medicaid waiver regulations and agency policies

Requirements:

  • CPR Certification (required)

  • Current TB Test (required)

  • Minimum 1 year Home Health Aide experience
    OR HHA Certificate if less than 1 year experience

  • Willingness to complete a background check

  • Reliable transportation

  • Professional, punctual, and dependable

Compensation:
