Greatmind Seattle Therapy is seeking a dedicated and flexible Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building and maintaining strong therapeutic relationships grounded in professionalism and ethical guidelines.
  • Conduct regular sessions to evaluate client progress, discuss stability, and determine appropriate discharge plans when suitable.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and goals.
  • Perform thorough intake assessments to establish initial therapeutic directions and identify client needs.
  • Document client progress meticulously, ensuring accurate and current records for therapeutic continuity and compliance.
  • Engage in individual supervision sessions to reflect on clinical practice, enhance skills, and pursue professional growth.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to client care.
  • Adopt a growth mindset in holistic practice to continually evolve therapeutic methodologies for optimal client outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with digital tools, including competency in using Excel spreadsheets, management systems (such as RMS), email platforms (e.g., Outlook), and case management software (e.g., Pimsy).

Preferred Experience

  • Demonstrated experience conducting intake assessments and developing strategic treatment plans.
  • Background in family therapy or crisis intervention is an advantageous addition to our team.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices and the ability to adapt them to an outpatient telehealth framework.
