This position is primarily onsite, functioning as an essential part of our home care service model. As we cater to a diverse patient population, you will work in a dynamic environment that encourages collaboration with fellow healthcare professionals. Typical working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

• Assess and identify patients' specific rehabilitation goals and requirements, developing individualized treatment plans that reflect these needs.
• Manage a case load of patients, ensuring high-quality, one-on-one care during hourly sessions, which includes applying diverse therapeutic interventions.
• Utilize effective manual therapy techniques and evidence-based practices to enhance range of motion, strength, and mobility.
• Implement cost-effective treatment strategies aimed at minimizing reliance on medication and averting the need for surgical interventions.
• Design and lead tailored fitness and wellness programs that motivate patients to achieve their health goals while promoting a sound lifestyle.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals, engaging in team discussions to ensure holistic patient care.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes, documenting patient progress comprehensively and maintaining clear communication with patients and interdisciplinary teams.
• Inspire and motivate patients throughout the rehabilitation process to optimize their recovery, functionality, and independence.

Our clinic specializes in treating individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, as well as those experiencing chronic pain or mobility issues. Our diverse clientele ranges from post-operative patients to athletes and individuals seeking preventive care. As a Physical Therapist at Holistic Health, you will play a crucial role in guiding these patients toward improved health outcomes and a fulfilling lifestyle.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida, with no record of disciplinary actions against your license.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques, along with experience designing and implementing effective exercise programs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, to streamline patient documentation and management.

• Demonstrated experience working in orthopedic outpatient environments, showcasing an understanding of diverse rehabilitation techniques.
• A background in community health or wellness initiatives that contribute to patient education and preventative care.
• Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration, enhancing patient care through a multi-faceted approach.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including:
