• Assess and evaluate patient conditions comprehensively to identify their individual goals and treatment needs.
• Manage a targeted patient caseload, providing one-on-one sessions that foster therapeutic relationships.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment techniques to develop comprehensive and effective care plans for each patient.
• Implement cost-effective and alternative treatments that promote improved range of motion and functional ability.

• Stay updated with advancements in physical therapy techniques and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinic protocols.

Your primary focus will be on orthopedic patients seeking rehabilitation for post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. You will work with diverse demographics, including children, adults, and elderly individuals, each requiring customized therapy interventions suited to their specific conditions.

• A Master's (MPT) or Doctoral (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• A valid Physical Therapist license to practice in the state of Florida is mandatory.
• No prior disciplinary actions on your professional license.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and the use of EMR software, particularly WebPT.

• Previous experience providing physical therapy services in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Familiarity with the latest therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
