Job description

Station Chefs are novice kitchen staff with basic culinary skills and education. They assist the Jr. Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations, including large-volume production, ensuring on-time delivery of products, maintaining sanitary practices per USDA regulations, and performing basic kitchen duties.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist Jr. Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
  • Ensure on-time production
  • Comply with USDA regulations
  • Assist with large-volume production
  • Accurately measure ingredients
  • Prepare basic sauces and ingredients
  • Assist with storing and managing stock
  • Ensure station cleanliness
  • Unpack and organize packages
  • Perform basic kitchen duties
