A Holiday Solid Waste worker is responsible for collecting and managing household trash, recycling, and yard waste during holiday schedules. These workers ensure that communities remain clean and safe by picking up solid waste even when collection days are altered due to public holidays. They may work irregular hours or additional shifts to accommodate the increased waste volume typical around holidays. Their role is vital for maintaining public health and cleanliness during busy periods.
