Position Overview: 
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Madison Central, a leading property development and management firm in the Midwest, is seeking a professional and motivated Hotel Night Manager to join our Holiday Inn Express Madison Central team. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Manage reservations, including handling phone calls and online booking systems.
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to guests.
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and perform basic cashiering tasks.
