Production Tech 3rd Shift (Assembly)

To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

This role is an hourly position within our assembly team and reports to the Production Supervisor.

· Assemble parts and components according to work instructions, and specifications.

· Operate assembly equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.

· Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

· Report defective materials, equipment issues, or quality concerns to the supervisor.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following 5S and housekeeping standards.

· Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety policies and procedures.

· Load, unload, and move materials and finished products throughout the production area.

· Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.

· Perform routine equipment checks and notify maintenance of any mechanical issues.

· Accurately complete production records, quality documentation, and other required paperwork.

Required experience:

·         High School diploma or equivalent 

·         Previous manufacturing experiences a plus.
