Holiday Inn Express & Suites Richburg
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team for the 7:00 AM ๏ฟฝ 3:00 PM shift. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while ensuring smooth daily hotel operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
  • Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and guest inquiries.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
  • Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance departments.
  • Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Assist with daily reports and shift paperwork as needed.

Qualifications:
