ย We'reย seekingย an experienced and service-drivenย General Managerย to lead operations at a premier condominium community.ย This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional resident experiences, ensuring operational excellence, and partnering closely with the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader with strong financial acumen, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams in a service-focused environment.ย
Whatย You'llย Doย
- Serve as the primary liaison between theย Board of Directors, homeowners, and WRMCย
- Lead all day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated resident experienceย
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense managementย
- Prepare and present the annual budget andย provideย ongoing financial insights to the Boardย
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with quality and maintenance standardsย
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure service excellenceย
- Lead the bidding process for third-party services and oversee special projectsย
- Supervise, mentor, and develop on-site staff, fostering a collaborative and professional cultureย
- Ensure compliance with governing documents, policies, and applicable laws and regulationsย
- Oversee community meetings, annual elections, and Board communicationsย
- Respond to emergencies and provide on-call support as neededย
Requirements
What You Need to Succeedย
- CMCA certification preferred
- At least 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-rise HOA community or Multifamily.
- Experience managing CapEx projects is required.
- Must possess excellent communication skills and be open and adaptable.
- We are looking for a highly proactive individual to take on this role, as it is a solo operation.
- Experience in property management, community association management, or hospitality leadershipย
- Proven experience working withย Boards of Directorsย and residential communitiesย
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and interpreting financial statementsย
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentย
- Knowledge of compliance, governance, and community operations best practicesย
- High school diplomaย required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferredย
