Job description

A HNW principal is seeking a true โ€œright handโ€ Personal Assistant to oversee and elevate all aspects of the household and the familyโ€™s personal operations. Youโ€™ll work on-site at the Houston residence and remotely depending on what is going on. This is a strategic, high-touch role for someone who anticipates needs, protects time, and can elevate execution across multiple projects with ease. The goal is to take as much off the principalโ€™s plate so she can focus on family and philanthropic commitments.

About the Job

  • Serve as trusted gatekeeper; manage the principalโ€™s calendar, priorities, and commitments
  • Prioritize inbox, craft emails and correspondence.
  • Plan domestic/international travel with detailed itineraries for the principal and family members.
  • Oversee household operations: maintenance, vendor management, project oversight, payroll track and reconcile monthly expenses, maintain records.
  • Provide property and lifestyle management: oversee maintenance, readiness, and servicing of all other owned properties (3 additional properties), including scheduling, readiness and tracking recurring services.
  • Plan and manage dinners, parties, and events with a โ€œhigh touchโ€ mindset.
  • Manage personal logistics: errands, gifting, appointments, reservations, and family-related scheduling.
  • Oversee pet care logistics: appointments, medications, supplies, grooming, boarding, and day-to-day needs.
  • Lead special ad hoc projects and research across personal, family, property, and philanthropic domains.
  • Base Salary, Bonus, Healthcare Stipend.

About You

  • At least 5 years supporting a HNW principal, family office, or private household; prior experience with property/estate management highly desired.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree.
  • Uncompromising discretion, judgment, and follow-through; highly responsive and reliable.
  • High-touch service mindset and โ€œforce multiplierโ€ orientation; eager to take as much off the principalโ€™s plate as possible.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with AI productivity tools a PLUS.
  • Strong project, property, and event management skills; highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Warm and engaging personality who is equally comfortable running errands, coordinating repairs, and executing โ€œhigh touchโ€ events and dinners.
  • A genuine interest in supporting a busy family life, including children and philanthropic activities; a love of animals a PLUS.
