Job description

Job Summary (Sr Systems Mgmt Analyst):
- Serve as a senior-level analyst supporting healthcare integration systems, primarily focusing on InterSystems Ensemble and Epic Bridges interfaces.
- Lead HL7 v2.x development, mapping, troubleshooting, and production support in a healthcare environment.
- Independently analyze and resolve interface failures, including ADT, ORM, ORU, SIU message types.
- Translate business and clinical requirements into HL7 interface specifications and mappings.
- Oversee and support vendor interfaces connected to Epic EHR, including during Epic upgrade cycles (Nova Notes review, regression testing).
- Perform Epic-side build changes to enable or modify interface functionality as required.
- Maintain and enhance live Epic environments in hospital or multi-facility healthcare systems.
- Apply expert knowledge of Epic Bridges and Ensemble engine interactions, especially during message flow and error scenarios.
- Utilize Epic Bridges certification and Data Courier certification in daily responsibilities.
- Support Epic Care Everywhere and related interoperability initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of healthcare workflows (lab, ADT, scheduling, registries, etc.).
- Communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Work effectively in HIPAA-regulated environments, ensuring data security and compliance.
- Participate in 24x7 production support and on-call rotation as needed.
