Your Role

The global semiconductor industry depends on precision, reliability, and an uninterrupted supply of critical materials and this role sits at the heart of that mission. As a Senior Procurement Category Manager within the Delivery Systems & Services Sourcing organization, you will own and drive the global category strategy for valves, regulators, and containers, a supply base that is foundational to the semiconductor materials portfolio. Your scope extends beyond Delivery Systems & Services to encompass the Specialty Gases and Thin Films businesses, making this one of the broadest and most strategically significant roles within Electronics Sourcing.

In this pivotal role, you will shape the supplier landscape, lead high-stakes negotiations, and develop robust supplier performance frameworks that deliver measurable value across multiple Electronics businesses. You will translate complex market intelligence into competitive advantage, partnering closely with global business partners and regional sourcing teams. Reporting to the Head of Procurement Delivery Systems and Services, you will operate as a key driver of supply security, innovation, and sustainability outcomes on a global scale.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in Sourcing, Category Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience leading strategic sourcing in a large, multinational, matrix organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market dynamics, lead strategic negotiations with key suppliers, and drive supplier development initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills with proven ability to operate effectively across culturally diverse, global teams.
  • Demonstrated experience or working familiarity with valves, regulators, containers, or semiconductor process gases or chemicals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of leading and influencing change in complex, ambiguous, and multicultural environments, including across different time zones and business cultures.
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to engage and align senior stakeholders internally - including Global Product Management, Business Partners, and Regional Sourcing - as well as externally with strategic suppliers and industry experts.
  • Skilled at building strategic, long-term supplier partnerships that deliver value beyond cost, encompassing innovation, supply security, and sustainability outcomes aligned with responsible sourcing commitments.
  • Structured problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset; able to convert market data and category insights into actionable strategies.
  • Flexible and resilient; comfortable operating in a global organization with competing priorities and evolving business needs.
  • Exposure to Specialty Gases and Thin Films businesses is a plus.

Base Pay Range for this position - $103,700 -$182,300

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
