We're Hiring! Part-Time Accounts Receivable Assistant

This is an in-office position primarily on invoicing and collections.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and sending customer invoices.
  • Following up professionally on outstanding invoices.
  • Keeping accurate notes and account records.
  • Communicating with customers regarding invoice or payment questions.
  • Assisting with other basic accounting and administrative tasks needed.
