Job description

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Venue Technology Assistant tojoinourteam at Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, NY. As a Venue Tech Assistant, you will providetimelyandprofessional ITsupportfor food and beverage and retail systems for Highmark Stadium.If you are looking to be a part of the excitement and energy of live stadium events, this is your opportunity to join a fast-paced and team-oriented environment!

ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS

  • Install,maintain, and troubleshootpoint of salesystems, including terminals, receipt printers, scanners, and payment devices

  • Replace defective hardwareas needed

  • Conduct stadium walk-throughsto ensure all systems are operational prior to and during all events

  • Provide basic network support, including troubleshooting connectivity issues for wired and wireless devices

  • Practice safe work habits, follow all safetypolicies and proceduresand regulations, complete company-wide safetytrainingand anyadditionaljob specific safety training

  • Completeother duties as assignedby management

QUALIFICATIONS

COMPENSATION

WORKING CONDITION

Location:New Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, NY

This is apart time seasonalposition that requires working events at Highmark Stadium- this includes weekends, evenings, and holidays as the Buffalo Bills schedule dictates.Must be 18 years of age or older.
