Highmark Behavioral Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team as a full-time provider of mental health services. This role is designed to be fully remote, allowing for comfortable and flexible working conditions where you can focus on your clients without the constraints of a traditional office setting. As part of our outpatient office, you will have access to digital tools and resources that facilitate seamless communication with clients while ensuring that their therapeutic journeys are personalized and compassionate.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop customized therapy plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions using established evidence-based therapeutic methods, ensuring that clients receive effective and emotionally supportive care.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy, to address various mental health challenges.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of client care, sharing insights and strategies to promote holistic treatment approaches.
• Maintain accurate and timely client documentation and billing records with assistance from our support staff, enabling you to concentrate on delivering exceptional care.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing a wide array of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relational challenges. By focusing on underserved populations, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap in mental health services in the El Paso area, ensuring that clients gain access to the support they need.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field is required.
• Must possess active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• At least two years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting is mandatory.

• Specialization or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities and a commitment to staying informed about the latest developments in mental health care.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually. Your compensation will be commensurate with your experience and caseload, which will be tailored to meet your professional capacity and availability. In addition to a supportive work environment, we also provide:
